健康 & 健身中心 provides for a wide variety of recreational and intramural activities with a lot of amenities:

- Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: Noon – 6:00pm
- Hours may be extended due to sporting events
健康 & 健身中心 Pool is open as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 9am – 2:00pm; 6:30 – 8:30pm
- 星期五:上午9点至下午2点
- Saturday/Sunday: Noon – 3:00pm
- Hours may vary due to swim meets and visiting team locker room usage

循环X – Mix of cycling and strength exercises. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
H.I.I.T. – High Interval Intensity Training
普拉提—Practiced faithfully, 普拉提 will increase lung capacity, and circulation through deep breathing exercises. As well as strengthen the core and back muscles. Posture, balance, and coordination will also be enhanced through this practice. Done mostly on a mat on the floor. This class is offered in several versions, 初学者, 雕刻, and in combination with some traditional yoga postures.
PowerCycle: Indoor cycle provides a fitness journey for all levels that takes the training principles of bicycle racing brings them indoors, and blends them with a mind/muscle connection providing an aerobic workout that encourage you to find the champion within. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike.
